We are responsible for managing of the housing security, maintenance, reducing, saving the accommodations annual rent cost and staff welfare within the housing facilities.
Our role will be included key responsibilities baised on the following :
- We are making sure that the staff accommodations are well secured and accommodated as per their entitlements in the line with human resources policy.
- We arrange all type of accommodations furniture in accordance with the client requirements.
- We ensure that a high level of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained on the time within housing team.
- Maintain up to date records of check in/ check out in accommodations which clearly states occupied and vacancies.
- Assign a house to new staff according to their designation and grade of the staff.
- Ensure that the meals periods are kept within the operating hours and the staff outlet within the accommodations is maintained clean.
